How To Take a Screenshot of the Windows Start Menu Bar

Most screenshot software doesn’t let you take a screen capture of the Windows menu bar. Here’s a workaround.
To Take a Screen Shot Of The Windows Start Menu Bar:

1. Hold down Shift
2. Press the Start Menu Bar
3. Press Print Screen on your keyboard.

BUT how do you do this?

Take a screenshot of the Window startup screen?
